Madrov S.A.S · Colombia
We evaluate development proposals, plan migrations and support architecture decisions.
Services
Three services with scope, deliverables and timeline defined before we start.
We review a development proposal before you sign it.
We analyse the scope, assumptions, costs and risks of a development proposal. You get a report covering what the scope is missing, what is overpriced, and the questions worth putting to the vendor before signing.
We define what to migrate, in what order, and with what rollback plan.
We plan infrastructure, platform or vendor migrations with the real cost on the table: dependencies, risk windows, estimated effort, a rollback plan, and the monthly running cost after the migration.
We support architecture, hiring and delivery-quality decisions.
We provide technical judgment throughout the project: architecture review, vendor and technical-profile evaluation, and delivery-quality follow-up. Development engagements are scoped separately from the work we assess.
How we work
Our job is to give you the technical judgment to make a decision, with the information and the assumptions in plain sight.
Most of our assessments end with a recommendation. We also take on development engagements when the scope and team are a good fit, always separate from any work we were hired to assess.
Every report includes estimated costs, timelines, identified risks and the assumptions those numbers were built on.
We explain each technical decision in terms of cost, timeline and risk, so the person approving it can evaluate it.
We agree on deliverables and a closing date before we start, and we tell you when something falls outside that scope.

Platform for comparing answers across AI models
We built the product: a platform that sends the same prompts to several AI models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek), with or without web search, and stores every response, its transcript and its cost. It shows which brands and sources each model recommends. Runs have spending limits, and it is used from an agent over MCP.

We built the entire portal: article publishing, two country editions over a single body of content, charts fed by market data that refreshes on its own, and the social distribution automation. It runs on Cloudflare Workers, with no servers to administer.

We designed and built the portfolio of a marketing specialist: a single Spanish-language page covering the services, the case work and direct contact. It includes the search-engine and AI-answer-engine optimisation work.

Oberhahn is one of the best tools for tracking AI spend across an organization. It connects LLM providers, coding agents, SDKs and internal tools in one real-time view, and attributes each cost to the person, team, workflow and outcome that generated it. It also provides visibility into adoption, security and sensitive data.

We built the development's site: the project presentation and an interactive site plan of its 48 lots, each with its area, co-ownership coefficient and boundaries taken from the property deed. A lot's sale status is updated by editing one data file. It is a static site served from Cloudflare.

We write about the questions that come up in every project: how to read a quote, when a migration is worth it, and what to review before signing.
