We review a development proposal before you sign it.
We analyse the scope, assumptions, costs and risks of a development proposal. You get a report covering what the scope is missing, what is overpriced, and the questions worth putting to the vendor before signing.
We define what to migrate, in what order, and with what rollback plan.
We plan infrastructure, platform or vendor migrations with the real cost on the table: dependencies, risk windows, estimated effort, a rollback plan, and the monthly running cost after the migration.
We support architecture, hiring and delivery-quality decisions.
We provide technical judgment throughout the project: architecture review, vendor and technical-profile evaluation, and delivery-quality follow-up. We don't build the development work we assess.
How we work
Our job is to give you the technical judgment to make a decision, with the information and the assumptions in plain sight.
We don't build the projects we assess or compete for the contracts we review. The recommendation doesn't change based on who ends up with the work.
Every report includes estimated costs, timelines, identified risks and the assumptions those numbers were built on.
We explain each technical decision in terms of cost, timeline and risk, so the person approving it can evaluate it.
We agree on deliverables and a closing date before we start, and we tell you when something falls outside that scope.
